Finances

Can the Sponsor directly assign a Repeat Training Fee to a first-time participant who has specific financial difficulties?

Sponsors may inform the prospective training participants that the Repeat Training Fees are available only to participants who are repeating the training.

Where do I find the repeat fee for group trainings?

The repeat fees are available on the Training Fees table.

General Info

Can there be more than one person in a sponsorship?

Yes, there can. However, all principals in a sponsorship need to be signatories on the Sponsor License Agreement; all team members are dues-paid members of Arica Institute and preferably have completed a significant number of Arica Line of the School trainings.

How do I post a message to SponsorList?

You may send your message to sponsorlist@aricagroups.org.

What is SponsorList?

It is an email list that is maintained by the Arica School as a communications group for Arica training Sponsors. All Sponsors are automatically subscribed and can post messages to the group.

You will find there is a feedback form at www.aricaschool.org/sponsors/feedback which you can use for sending feedback about the web pages TASCC provides for Sponsor services.

Membership

How do I apply for or renew my membership?
To apply for membership, go to The Arica Institute Store at store.aricainstitute.org/pages/membership.
How do I renew my membership?
To renew your membership, please pay for your membership, in full or with monthly payment, at the Arica Institute Web Store.
Is membership necessary to receive scholarships?

Yes. Membership in Arica Institute is required. Applicants for The Integral Protoanalysis of The Scarab Trainings and Nine Hypergnostic Systems must have been dues-paid members of Arica Institute for the previous six months prior to the training start date. Applicants for The Oscar Ichazo Foundation Scholarship Program must have been dues-paid members of Arica Institute for the previous membership year, and have renewed their membership for a second year, by either paying in full or arranging automatic monthly payments.

Procedures

How do I add another training to the trainings scheduled at the Arica Website?

Once a training has been approved by TASCC, a Web Admin will add the training to your public schedule at www.arica.org/trainings-schedule. The training will then appear in the Training Schedule section of the public website and in the subsequent Arica Day of Unity Reports.

How do I build a public website for my sponsorship?

For information about building a public website, contact Paul Foraker (paul@dragontrainings.com).

How do I check the status of a Training Proposal?

Once your Training Proposal is submitted, you will receive an email notification from TASCC within seven days of receipt. You may check the status of your proposal by emailing TASCC at tascc@arica.org.

How do I know when to order participant booklets?
The ordering deadline for the USA is six weeks prior to your training’s start date and you should allow longer if your training is outside the USA.

For IPST, the deadline to submit Sponsor’s amendments to the text of the IPST Participant Booklet is a minimum of eight weeks prior to your training’s start date.

How do I post a message to SponsorList?

You may send your message to sponsorlist@aricagroups.org.

How do I schedule a group practice or community event?

Log in at members.arica.org and click on Sponsors > Schedule to select Group Practices, Ongoing or Community events.

If you are scheduling an online group practice, subscribe to the Organizers mailing list. You will receive notifications as in the example below:

The next ADU will be the The Integral Teachings of the Symbol Yoga Meditations Group Practice™ on Sunday, August 8, 2021.

If you are hosting a Zoom presentation of the group practice and wish to let others know they can join you, please follow the steps below. This process automatically informs participants what meetings are available worldwide; and your Zoom details are sent only to registrants.

1. In Zoom, schedule a meeting for 10:00 am August 8 (or an alternative time if needed). Make note of the details.

2. Go to https://theoscarichazofoundation.org/adu/ and fill out the form, including the Zoom Meeting Link, ID and Passcode.

Your information will appear in a Google spreadsheet. When someone registers for the group practice in the Arica School® Store, the link to the spreadsheet will appear in their receipt.

Please do not share your Zoom meeting information with anyone who has not registered for the group practice.

How do I schedule a training?

On the Sponsors website: Click on ‘Sponsor Resources.’ Click Propose a Training in the blue menu bar above. Fill out the form and submit it to TASCC for review. This procedure applies to all group trainings, including Psychocalisthenics®. It does not apply to The Oscar Ichazo Foundation group trainings, practices or community events.

How do I submit Training Reports?
There are three reports to complete. First is the Sponsor Training Summary that is a Google spreadsheet sent to the Sponsor when the training proposal is approved. Second is the Sponsor Training Report.

The third report is the Scholarship Report. All three reports are finalized within 30 days of the training end date.

These are the steps: When your Sponsor Training Summary is finalized for the pre-training and post-training stages, you will receive an email confirmation from TASCC. When your Sponsor Training Report and Scholarship Report are submitted, you will receive an automated verification of your submission.

How do I subscribe to the Organizers mailing list?
The mailing list is for Sponsors and Organizers who are hosting online Arica® group practices, study groups, meditations, and ceremonies, as well as Sponsors requesting to schedule introductory programs and trainings. Whether your group is open or closed to others, we invite you to sign up so that you can receive useful communications about hosting Arica online presentations.

Joining this Organizers group is a two-step process: If you have problems signing on please contact us at tascc@arica.org.

How much advance notice do I need to give TASCC to schedule a training?

The length of advance notice needed by TASCC will depend on which training you are presenting (recommended minimum 4 – 6 months for a longer training and 6 – 8 weeks for a shorter training or introductory program).

In the sponsor section of the members website, how do I add or edit a Team Member?

You can log in at members.arica.org and click Sponsors > Sponsor > Team to see a menu for adding, editing or removing a team member.

What is the procedure to change a training proposal before or after it is approved by TASCC?

You may send your changes to TASCC at tascc@arica.org.

Scholarships

How and when am I notified about the status of IPST/9HS participants’ scholarships?

The Scholarship Team collects all Arica Institute Scholarship applications for The Integral Protoanalysis of The Scarab Trainings and Nine Hypergnostic Systems 10 weeks prior to the training’s start date. Sponsors and scholarship applicants are notified 8 weeks prior to the training’s start date. Email the Arica Institute Scholarship Team (ai.scholarships@arica.org) if you have any questions.

Is membership necessary to receive scholarships?

Applicants for The Integral Protoanalysis of The Scarab Trainings and Nine Hypergnostic Systems must have been dues-paid members of Arica Institute for the previous six months prior to the training start date. Applicants for The Oscar Ichazo Foundation Scholarship Program must have been dues-paid members of Arica Institute for the previous membership year, and have renewed their membership for a second year, by either paying in full or arranging automatic monthly payments.

What is the next step once I have an estimated number of scholarship requests?

When you have received your training approvals for the The Integral Protoanalysis of The Scarab Trainings and/or Nine Hypergnostic Systems from TASCC and your training fees have been confirmed, estimate the total number of participants and the number of scholarship requests for Members. Please email this information directly to the Arica Institute Board Treasurer, (treasurer@arica.org) and cc the Arica Institute Scholarship Team ai.scholarships@arica.org.

What should I tell inquiring participants about applying for a scholarship?

OIF Scholarships
When do I receive scholarship funding for The Integral Protoanalysis of The Scarab Trainings or Nine Hypergnostic Systems training?

Scholarship funding is reimbursed to you by Arica Institute after all participants who received a scholarship notification have completed their training and you have submitted the Scholarship Report, the Sponsor Training Report, and Sponsor Training Summary.

Which group practices and trainings are eligible for funding from The Oscar Ichazo Foundation Scholarship Program?

The Oscar Ichazo Foundation (OIF) Scholarship Program offers scholarships for group practices, Tunings, individual trainings, and publications where applicable.

OIF group trainings eligible for scholarships are: Core Fire: Awaken • Generate • Revitalize, and Psychoalchemy: Awakening Pure Vitality Group Training.

Which group trainings are eligible for funding from the Arica Institute Scholarship Fund?
