APPLICATION FOR SENIOR OR DISABLED STATUS

INTRODUCTION

Senior or Disabled Membership Status may be available for applicants who have been dues-paid members of Arica Institute for at least one year immediately prior to submitting an application.

There are two tiers of senior/disabled status defined below. To apply for either category, you must be at least 65 years of age, or disabled, and your ability to earn sufficient income is curtailed. This status provides discounts for The Oscar Ichazo Foundation individual and group trainings, Tunings and practices, and for Arica Institute group trainings and products (where applicable).

If you do not meet these criteria, you may qualify for a scholarship. There are two scholarship programs. To apply for a scholarship for The Oscar Ichazo Foundation individual and group trainings, please fill out the application at the Arica store. To apply for an Arica Institute group training, please fill out the Arica Institute scholarship application form.

Note that you may qualify for both senior/disabled status and a scholarship.

Tier One

Tier One Senior/Disabled Status is for Arica Institute members who are living on fixed limited income and have no other liquid assets. This category provides a substantial discount on all trainings, as well as most products such as books, journals, and yantras.

Tier Two

Tier Two Senior/Disabled Status is for Arica Institute members who have limited income and limited additional assets and for whom full training tuitions are an ongoing difficulty. This category receives a moderate discount on trainings.

HOW TO APPLY FOR EITHER TIER

• Please use English and $US throughout your application.
• Your Arica ID (also known as NS ID) is available at the Arica store. Log in and look at the upper left corner of the window. Your Arica ID is next to your name.
  Please make a note of that number and enter it on this application form.
• To apply for senior or disabled status please fill in the form below. The form must be completed with all requested information, or it will need to be resubmitted. Your application will remain confidential.
• You will be notified by The Scholarship Team as to the acceptance of your application.
• If your application for Senior/Disabled Status Tier One or Tier Two is accepted, the discount will show automatically when you order online from the store.
• To receive your discount you must log into the store as a returning customer. If you have not yet set up your online account password and automatic credit card payment agreement, you can do so online, or contact Arica Institute at 860–927–1006, or at orders@arica.org.
